Apply pages return 500 errors, including on apostrophes

Tried to apply for the position of Fart Engineer but it led to a 500 error page.
jbrimble85 on HNI wanted to apply, but both this and the Wizard position don't work. It seems anything with an apostrophe throws a 500.
