Fun social idea, like texts from last night for domain names
From 1 comment
Think of it like "texts from last night" for domain names. Our friends have great domain names like beerify.me, nerdharder.net, and unfriend.ly. We let you share the projects you…

Objections
Tweets posts to Twitter without clear warning, privacy concern
From 3 comments
Neat - but I didn't expect it to tweet my entry. I really wish you had mentioned that. Out of nowhere it looks like I'm spamming my friends with some domain I own.
coderdude on HNI'd like to double that. Also even if you uncheck the tweet checkbox it posts to your twitter stream.
andreasklinger on HNAppreciate it. I'll avoid the site. This is one reason I seldom log in with Twitter/Facebook. I just don't trust apps, and this is a good reason not to. Even if they authors try…

Requires Twitter sign-in, excludes anonymous or non-Twitter users

I was going to post a domain, but when it made me authorize with Twitter, I stopped. I don't understand why you need identity for this project and why that identity is limited to…

Site fails without JavaScript and renders badly
From 2 comments
Site completely fails to load without Javascript, and only does a half-assed job of loading with JS enabled. No graceful degradation at all.
Doches on HNYeah, I browse the web without JS and whitelist sites I use frequently. I wouldn't have commented if your site loaded fine with JS turned on, but even allowing local JS it still…

Load More button repeats entries
From 3 comments
Interesting read. The Load More button fails on Chrome/Mac: it shows the entries I've already read, can scroll down for more but then it just keeps repeating itself.
marquis on HNSame on iPad.
WiseWeasel on HNI enjoyed reading the entries. When I keep choosing "Load More" I eventually get nothing but repeats. I can scroll up and see the same entries.

Posted domains missing from list, timestamps wrong
From 3 comments

Requests
Make Twitter handle optional instead of required sign-in
From 1 comment
So why not make the twitter handle an optional field for each entry? People could still use twitter to get in touch, and those who don't use twitter would not be excluded.

Make tweet checkbox off by default
From 1 comment
We do have a line which shows what you're going to tweet and let's you uncheck the box so you don't post to twitter. Perhaps this should be off by default, but we are erring on…
